Language, words, dialogue... that’s art to me. There’s no life as we know it without linguistics. To think of it, that’s why we are so intrigued with poetry and hip hop... it’s about words. The arrangement of words, the way they sound, the meaning behind them, the way they flow together, the little tricks and surprises they can create when real wordsmiths with true penmanship take pride and talk their talk… that’s the purest form of artistry.
And thats important. Writers are important.
